TERMS & POLICIES
Orders & Deposits
All custom orders require a minimum of one (1) week notice. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will include a rush fee.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. All orders under $100 require full payment upfront. Deposits may be transferred to a different date only with approval and based on availability. Changes to design, size, or flavors must be made prior to the deposit due date.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 3 days before order due date. Orders not paid in full 3 days before due date will be canceled and deposits will not be refunded.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times are scheduled to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. A 15 minute grace period is provided. Late pickup may be rescheduled for a later date based on availability. Local delivery is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Once the cake leaves our care, Velvet Crumbs HTX is not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or storage.
Allergies & Liability
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Customers are responsible for notifying guests of potential allergy risks. Velvet Crumbs HTX is not liable for allergic reactions.
Photos & Promotion
Velvet Crumbs HTX reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use images for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
